"Botero" @ Vered

Sharon Kelb (Floral Icon Events), VeredSharon Kelb (Floral Icon Events), VeredVered Gallery hosted an opening reception for the internationally renowned artist BOTERO this past Saturday May 28th.  His sensual massive sculptures dominate the exhibition with an arresting impact. They will be on display with his paintings and drawings through June 22, however, Botero is probably best known for these immense sculptural forms, which he began creating in 1970, shortly after rising to prominence in 1961. Don’t miss this rare opportunity to see his amazing works up close at 68 Park Place in East Hampton, across the street for UA movie theaters on Main Street.  Click on the Vered banner on the right for more information.
